Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and we will let you know promptly.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer. We email an invoice with our bank details after you place your order, and payment is due in full before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Product information

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colours, shapes and sizes may vary slightly. Where a product is supplied in different styles depending on stock, this is stated on the product page.

Liability
